Dreambuilding

This is a building I dreamed about, and a guy in my dream told me about it.

First of all, the center cylinder is a central vent (very rare in dreams).

Each room on the top seems to be a flying machine. At that time, this was very abstract in my dream, which felt much more advanced than the flying machine, but I didn't quite understand it.

Then he took me around the back of the building and solemnly introduced me to the wall-to-wall RGN.
